Guest Speaker is Kirsten Patterson
Kirsten Patterson MNZM (known to many as “KP”) is one of New Zealand’s most respected leadership voices, serving as Chief Executive of the Institute of Directors and advising leaders across business, government, and the community sector. A qualified lawyer and recognised advocate for ethical leadership, diversity, and organisational culture, Kirsten was awarded a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit (MNZM) in 2025 for services to governance and women. Her leadership journey spans governance, people and culture, climate leadership, and executive development, with roles across organisations including New Zealand Rugby, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and numerous charitable and governance boards. Known for her authentic, people-first approach, Kirsten inspires leaders to build organisations that are both high-performing and deeply human — creating cultures where people, purpose, and long-term impact thrive together. You'll be inspired by her journey of navigating faith in corporate leadership, and the wisdom she has gleaned along the way.
